PROJECT MANAGEMENT / PLANNING

We can provide a full project management service by integrating into existing contractor process and fulfilling the more traditional role of on site and / or multiple site supervision.

To supplement traditional project management functions we provide supporting management functions to contract teams, evaluating and validating progress on site against the programme of works.

Progress validation. An independent review of the programme and progress provides a platform to discuss areas of concern held by any of the project stakeholders. It provides a vital means to finding solutions that alleviate the pressures faced by the project at a given point in time.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Project health checks are a vital part of successful project management.  With pressures on prelims and programme it is critical that any issues that could compromise the successful completion of the project are dealt with promptly and professionally.
